CliniSafe is designed to use the highest levels of security:
- All internet traffic to and from the CliniSafe web site is encrypted and you will
see a padlock displayed in your browser - similar to this:
and the address bar will start with https:
- Passwords are encrypted inside the database - CliniSafe staff cannot read them.
They can only reset your password to a new random one and it will be sent to you.
- Passwords sent to you are "Random, One Time Only". Once you have used your random
password to login, you must change it before proceeding.
- If there is a short delay in displaying the next web page - do not click a button
twice - otherwise you will be logged out.
- Do not click the Back, Foward or Refresh buttons - otherwise you will be logged
out.
- In the unlikely event of a program error - you will be logged out.
All these features are similar to a banking web site.
CliniSafe is designed to work with all internet browsers on all operating systems:

- Internet Explorer 7 on Microsoft Windows Vista
- Opera/Safari on Apple
Any permutation of browser and operating system will work!
There are 2 requirements:
- Your web browser must accept cookies from www.clinisafe.com
- Javascript must be enabled
CliniSafe is designed to work with all Email systems:

- Google gMail
Any Email system will work!
However, there are a few technical issues to bear in mind:
- If you have an anti-virus or anti-spam program installed - add www.clinisafe.com
to your "safe senders list"
